SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via New Zealand Couriers. Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Special care is taken to protect fragile items and packages are dispatched at your own risk. Please make sure to select the correct shipping as you go through the cart process, as failing to do so will delay you getting your order in a timely fashion. Delays due to the Covid-19 please allow extra time mainly for international shipping. Estimated times are 6-8 weeks at the moment.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied, upon receipt of a product from S.S.Shapley & Co Ltd, please contact the plumbing store to discuss a return. Returns must be unused and in the original condition along with packaging and receipt. Returns must be received at Shapleys Plumbing store within 14 days from the date of invoice. The returns postal charges are covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
